Rowland Chesterfield - Managing Director

50 year old Rowland has twenty years experience in the racing industry. Rowland spends much of his time at the racecourse and it is a rare occurrence not to see Rowland at a course when a Diamond Racing horse is running. Rowland is very enthusiastic in his quest to help to drive Diamond Racing upwards and onwards and looks forward to the first Group success for a Diamond Racing horse. Rowland is always available for owners with any queries or any suggestions and looks forward to continued success with Diamond Racing.

Steve Goodwin - Racing and Bloodstock consultant

45 year old Steve is married with 2 children. Alongside his father George, Steve was the founder of Diamond Racing in 1994. Steve has a wealth of experience and runs the very successful Diamond Racing information line. Being the son of a professional backer it was inevitable that Steve would work alongside his father. Steve has had many television appearances including guest panelist on Sky Sports Racing news and has appeared on Channel 4 racing. He has also been guest speaker at many seminars across Europe. Steve’s knowledge of the formbook and breeding is second to  none in the industry. This provides owners with access to one of the most formidable racing brains in the country. Steve is renowned for his enthusiasm and has built up fantastic relationships with many owners during the last 13 years.

Christian Morgan - Racing Manager

Chris, age 29, has an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience for his years having owned many racehorses himself.
Chris plays a very active part in the day to day running of Diamond Racing. Chris spends a vast amount of time updating owners as to the wellbeing and forthcoming race plans of their horses. He is also the first port of call, on a daily basis for owners ringing into the office.

Sara Walker and Paula Hush - Pre training & rehabilitation

Sara Walker and Paula Hush manage and run the yard where Diamond Racing's horses are pre trained, holidayed and stabled when out of training due to injury.

Stefan Common - Trainee

For the past twelve months, Stef has been on a training programme with the organization. He is enthusiastic and willing to learn and looks forward to a long and successful career with Diamond Racing.
